Shea by Shaun utilizes United States Postal Service (USPS) PRIORITY MAIL service to ship products. There is a FLAT RATE fee of $10. The fee is assessed based on weight and materials used; due to our glass products, we must secure the packages properly.
Your items will ship 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) from the time your order is received. An order confirmation will be sent at the time of your purchase. Once items are shipped, you will receive an email with shipping and tracking information.
Currently, Shea by Shaun does not ship Internationally.
If a package is lost, missing or stolen due to the United States Postal Service all claims must be filed via USPS. Our packages are covered by insurance and subject to investigation to meet the needs of our customers. Our team will file a claim and forward the confirmation. Once the investigation is complete, we will resend your order.
