Shaun Bailey is a visionary entrepreneur whose journey is rooted in perseverance, purpose, and passion. Based in Maryland, Shaun has dedicated her life to leadership, mentorship, community impact, and inspiring others to pursue their dreams with confidence. With advanced degrees in Human Resources Development and Business Management, Shaun transformed her passion for wellness and self-care into Shea by Shaun — a luxury skincare brand created to inspire confidence, authenticity, and loving the skin you’re in.

 Shea by Shaun was born from a personal journey of healing and wellness. In 2012, after Shaun’s mother experienced a life-threatening health crisis, Shaun developed a deeper appreciation for healthy living and natural ingredients. She began creating handcrafted body butters using rich shea butter and essential oils as a way to care for herself and others more intentionally. What started as a personal passion grew in 2017 after creating shea butter favors for a friend’s baby shower. Through overwhelming support and word of mouth, Shea by Shaun was officially established in January 2019 — rooted in comfort, confidence, and loving the skin you’re in.
